01

Education initiatives

Learning changes what is possible for a person, a family and a community.

We support efforts that help students learn and teachers teach well. That includes enrichment programs that extend learning beyond the school day, access to books, technology and learning materials, and initiatives that support the educators at the heart of every classroom.

Areas of focus

  • Classroom and learning resources
  • Out-of-school enrichment and tutoring
  • Support for teachers and educators
  • Literacy and lifelong learning

02

Youth programs

Young people need room to try, people who believe in them, and a path forward.

We support programs that help young people develop skills, confidence and direction: mentoring relationships, leadership and character development, arts, sport and service opportunities, and pathways that connect learning to future work.

Areas of focus

  • Mentoring and positive role models
  • Leadership and life skills
  • Arts, athletics and service
  • Pathways to college and careers

03

Support for community and charitable organizations

The organizations that serve their neighbors every day deserve steady support.

We partner with nonprofit and civic organizations working on the social needs of their communities, helping them strengthen their programs, reach more people and plan with confidence.

Areas of focus

  • Social services and basic needs
  • Community-building initiatives
  • Capacity for local nonprofits
  • Civic and charitable partnerships
